In some cases, we may work alongside local Japanese agents and receive a referral or collaboration fee. Where this applies, our intention is to use that structure to reduce or balance the overall cost to the client.

一部のケースでは、日本の不動産業者と連携し、紹介料や協力費用を受け取る場合があります。 その場合は、お客様の総費用を抑える、またはバランスを取る形で活用する方針です。

We do not operate like a traditional sales agent and do not recommend properties based on commission incentives. The role of JapanHomeBridge is to provide clarity, structure, and practical support throughout the process.

すべてのお客様が同じサポートを必要とするわけではありません。 遠隔内見や候補物件整理だけで十分な場合もあれば、複数段階にわたる支援が必要な場合もあります。

For this reason, services can be used as individual tiers or combined into a broader support relationship, depending on the scope and complexity involved.
